For over 30 years, one of our specialties has been European tortes on the inside of the wedding cakes and using our delicious butter cream on the outside. Cakes covered with rolled fondant or marzipan are also available. This enables the cake to be a showpiece without refrigeration. Should you prefer whipped cream or french butter cream on the outside as well, arrangements need to be made for refrigeration at the reception site.
